MEET OUR TEAM

Keith Andrews – Executive Director

Keith began employment with AMHA in 1980; and currently serves as the chief Administrative officer responsible for the day to day operations of the AMHA, maintaining regular financial accounts, records, coordinating projects, inspecting development sites, as well as approving all contracts for the AMHA.

Erica Flanders – Coordinator of Property Management and Administration

Erica began employment with AMHA in 1995; her daily activities include overseeing all aspects of property management, including waiting lists, casework, leasing, inspections and management of office staff to ensure accuracy and adherence to program requirements, rules and regulations including the Section 8, Public Housing and Multi-Family Programs.

Charlie Smith – Family Self-Sufficiency Coordinator

Charlie began employment with AMHA in 1998; he ensures that the program is in compliance with HUD regulations, performs case management for FSS participating families including their Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher needs. Charlie is also responsible for FSS recruitment, record keeping, production of FSS brochures and flyers, as well as presentations to other organizations to promote the program.

Jodi Rickard- Finance Director

Jodi began employment with AMHA in 2002; she is responsible for overseeing the fiscal and accounting activities for all of AMHA programs, gathering information for the budget process and audits and management of accounting staff. Maintaining records in accordance with established policies and procedures, directs payroll, general ledger accounting, tenant accounting, accounts payable/receivable, and inventory/purchasing staff.

Kim Cole – Clerical Worker

Kim began employment with AMHA in 2016; her duties include performing a variety of clerical duties to facilitate agency operations, making copies, receiving and distributing faxes, files and documents. Kim also responds to inquiries and refers matters to the appropriate staff.

Steve Jewell – Maintenance Coordinator

Steve began employment with AMHA in 1998; he is responsible for the efficient operation of the maintenance department, including coordination and performance of all contractors and performing all Housing Quality Standard Inspections for properties participating in the Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher program.

Sherrie Boudinot – Accounting Assistant

Sherrie began employment with AMHA in 2004; she is responsible for accounts payable, accounts receivable, tenant accounting, and a variety of other financial reports.

Stephanie Morris – Housing Specialist

Stephanie began employment with AMHA in 2006; she is responsible for project management of AMHA Public Housing Units, conducting client interviews to determine eligibility, processing annual re-certifications in both the Public Housing and Section 8 Programs. Stephanie also maintains and updates client files while responding to inquires, questions, and concerns from participants, landlords, and the public.

Brenda Phillips – Occupancy Specialist

Brenda began employment with AMHA in 1997; her duties include meeting with program participants, conducting initial briefings, re-certifications and project management.  She also maintains and updates client files while responding to inquires, questions, and concerns from participants, landlords, and the public.

Billie Jackson – Occupancy Specialist

Billie began employment with AMHA in 2009; her duties include meeting with program participants, conducting initial briefings, annual re-certifications and project management. She also maintains and updates client files while responding to inquires, questions and concerns from participants, landlords and the public.

Zachary Dye – Maintenance Worker

Zachary began employment with AMHA in 2000; his duties include preventative maintenance and upkeep of AMHA owned properties, in accordance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Uniform Physical Condition Standards, Public Housing Assessment Indicators and AMHA Property Management Protocols.

John Carpenter – Maintenance Worker

John began employment with AMHA in 2007; his duties include preventative maintenance and upkeep of AMHA owned properties, in accordance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Uniform Physical Condition Standards, Public Housing Assessment Indicators and AMHA Property Management Protocols.

David Williams – Maintenance Worker

David began employment with AMHA in 2017; his duties include preventative maintenance and upkeep of AMHA owned properties, in accordance with the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s Uniform Physical Condition Standards, Public Housing Assessment Indicators and AMHA Property Management Protocols.
